1) sync to Toodledo
2) export from Toodledo
3) import into Notespark

Appigo Notepad has been around for quite a bit longer than we have, so
they have a few more features. If those extra features are important
to you, stick with Notepad.

Our two main advantages over Notepad are:
1) Our web UI is custom made for working with our iPhone note app, so
it's a lot more intuitive and natural when you switch back and forth.
2) We have built a robust syncing engine that can handle shared notes
with multiple people editing a note at the same time. At our
household, my wife and I now use shared notes all the time:
"restaurants to try", "baby's first words", etc.

If either of the above two advantages are important to you, give us a
try.
